Are your showrooms open?
Yes! Our showrooms have re-opened to a new normal, with face-to-face help for ALL of our customers.

To abide to government regulations we need to adapt slightly...

  • Maximum capacities. The showroom state and size will determine our maximum capacity numbers. If our capacity is already reached you will be advised to queue outside until someone exits.
  • Hand sanitiser stations will be at the entrance of each showroom, we ask that you please apply before commencing your visit.
  • Social distancing. Please respect the space of our staff and customers by ensuring 1.5mtrs between you and anyone else. 
  • Patience. We know these changes can be frustrating at times but we ask that you show patience and respect as we work to help you as quickly and safely as possible.

Do you sell direct to the public?
Unfortunately no, Warwick is an upholstery and drapery fabric wholesaler and only sells directly to furniture trade customers on a wholesale basis. However, we welcome the public to browse our range, order cuttings and find inspiration from any of our showrooms around Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. See our retail price guide.

How do I select and purchase your fabric?
To select a fabric, contact one of our showrooms where our knowledgeable staff will be happy to assist you. Please note appointments are not necessary for our showrooms, however please note our trading hours

Alternatively, browse a selection of our fabrics and order cuttings online. To purchase your fabric, please contact your local upholsterer or retailer.

Are the images on the Warwick website accurate for colour and scale?
Please note the flat shots on our website are intended as a visual representation only. All designs are not 100% in scale and should be looked at in conjunction with the pattern repeat figures.  Additionally, whilst every effort is made to represent colours accurately on-screen, we cannot guarantee exact colour match due to variance in monitor calibration. It is recommended that a cutting be requested for colour and scale prior to any placement of orders.

How can I find a retailer near me?
Unfortunately we are not able to refer you to a business. We suggest the use of local web search facilities or yellow pages for your local supplier under Furnishing Retailers, Decorators and Upholsterers.

How do I obtain a sample of fabric?
You can obtain a fabric sample by calling Customer Service on 1300 787 888, or by browsing our collections online and adding to your shopping cart. You may request up to 7 fabric samples which will be sent to you free of charge, Australia wide by regular Australia Post. We aim to post all requests which are in stock within 48 hours, however please note delivery time frames will be affected by your delivery state and address, and can take up to 7-10 days. Please contact your local distributor for international enquiries. 

How can I request a brochure?

How often do you add new products to your collection?
Due to the constantly evolving nature of fashion we are frequently updating and changing our fabrics and collections to ensure we always have something new and exciting to show you.

How do I open an account or trade with Warwick?
To open an account with Warwick you can contact us here or on 1300 787 888. If you wish to set up an account online you can complete a Request Login form. Within a few business days, a Warwick representative will contact you to finalise the setting up of your account.

What are your payment terms?
Warwick fabrics are supplied to furniture trade customers on a wholesale only basis according to the following terms:

  • Approved Credit Account: Strictly net 30 days from statement date.
  • No Approved Credit Account: In the absence of approved credit arrangements payment for all goods must be made prior to the release of goods for delivery. We reserve the right to withhold supply of goods unless these terms have been met.

What is your delivery fee?
Warwick fabrics are delivered free to business addresses throughout Australia, unless special delivery requirements are requested.

Can I cancel an order?
Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel orders which have been specifically imported by prior negotiation. We are, however, able at times to cancel orders, provided the goods have not been cut or dispatched. Warwick cannot be held liable for goods supplied correctly to order and subsequently cancelled by the end purchaser. Please direct all requests for cancellation to the Warwick office in your State.

What is your return policy?
Returns for excess or unwanted goods can only be accepted if returned within twenty one days from receipt of goods. A handling charge of $50 plus 10% GST will be applied to any standard returns which have been correctly supplied to order by Warwick Fabrics. For any non-standard returns that are of large quantity in terms of linear meters and / or number of pieces will incur a 15% charge plus GST based on the invoiced sales value of goods supplied.

Goods cannot be returned under any circumstances if:
(a) they have been specifically produced or acquired to fulfil the particular agreement;
(b) are discontinued goods or are goods no longer supported by Warwick;
(c) if they have been altered or utilised in any way;
(d) the piece of fabric is less than 10 linear meters; or
(e) they are not returned in original condition being the original packaging with relevant product references.

What are your minimums?
The minimum order size is 1 linear metre. We cut to the nearest 10cm. Order values of $100 and under for delivery to the same destination will incur a handling fee of $20.00 plus 10% GST. Order values of $100 and under for delivery of the same fabric to separate addresses will incur a handling fee of $20.00 plus 10% GST for each address.

I can't get the Warwick website to view properly, how can I fix this?
Our website will display differently depending on the browser you are using, unfortunately this is a universal problem not limited to the Warwick website. Our website works best on Google Chrome but is also programmed to work on Internet Explorer 9 or later. If you are using Internet Explorer 8 or older our website will not work correctly. We recommend that you upgrade your browser to either the latest version of Google Chrome or Internet Explorer.
