Warwick Supports Share the Dignity — Campaign Wrap-Up

At Warwick, we’re proud to support Share the Dignity for the very first time. This incredible national charity provides everyday essentials to women and children experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, and hardship, items many of us often take for granted.

This year, we joined their #ItsInTheBag campaign and invited our talented community of upholsterers and makers to get involved.

We are thrilled to share that we received over 200 donated bags, all of which have now been lovingly filled, packed, and prepared for distribution.

We are incredibly grateful to Lounge Innovations, Annette from Yass, Monique and the Chair Solutions apprentice team from VIC, Chair Solutions from QLD, BFX, Workspace, Reality Furniture and members of the general public for their thoughtful donations.

Monique, one of the talented apprentices from the Chair Solutions team, shared her motivation for joining the campaign: “I got into upholstery because I have always been a creative person who likes making, fixing, and designing things. I knew I wanted to work in a trade, and I could see myself having the most fulfillment in upholstery. The #ItsInTheBag campaign is a great way to support a very good cause, and I love that we can make use of pieces of fabric that would otherwise be thrown out, what better way than to give them to a charity.”

We also want to recognise Marie Hill and Caroline McGill, who shared, “This is a cause very close to me and I have so enjoyed making them,” a sentiment that perfectly reflects the spirit of this campaign.

Together, all contributors helped us gather and pack over 200 bags, cosmetic bags, handmade items, and product gifts, each one filled with care, kindness, and dignity. Your support will make a meaningful difference to those who need it most.

We look forward to continuing this partnership and creating positive impact with Share the Dignity in future drives.
