Lore

LORE is an enduring drapery defined by imperfect texture and nuanced tonal movement, creating an ethereal fabric with understated Parisian charm.

Defined by natural materiality and refined luxury, LORE introduces seven additional colourways that modernise the palette while retaining its enduring appeal. Its popularity lies in its tactile blend of natural fibres, delivering an elegant drape and soft puddle. Inspired by the grand proportions of Parisian interiors, where generous drapery softens tall windows and architectural detail, its wide width and reversible construction enhance versatility across interiors from contemporary to heritage and relaxed urban settings.

The linen-cotton composition of LORE reveals two distinct characters. One side offers a soft, dry cotton sateen-like finish, while the reverse exposes a raw linen texture, both with a subtle sheen. Woven at a generous 300cm width, this duality allows the fabric to be applied in multiple ways, creating varied effects depending on orientation. When run continuously, it forms a softer S-curve, while wide width drops create a fuller, more sculptural fall. Either face can be selected for refined drapery with a generous puddle elegantly enhancing privacy, or adapted for accent cushions and decorative lampshades.

LORE continues to offer its signature core neutrals including Ecru, Chai and Porcelain, now complemented by design-led hues such as Chocolate, Terra, Sage and Olive. Inspired by grounding tones found in nature, these transitional shades integrate seamlessly into calm, layered interiors. Deeper colours including Ink and Coin complete the palette with versatile, liveable neutrals.
